My Persian cats had their food stations totally misconstrued, with their flat faces they have a hard time eating...BUT with the aid of these bowls they have a much easier time as the kibble stays in the bowl! WIN WIN My husband has been reading that cat's need to have their food bowls raised slightly off the floor for better eating ergonomics and comfort. I got this and it has been a perfect solution. They both adjusted to it very quickly! The bowl shapes are very easy to clean out and there is a little lip that they stick into that helps prevent them from tipping over. I might even buy a second one so that both cats can have their own feeding stations.

We got this set for an older long haired cat who was getting her neck hair into her food. Solved that problem. She loves not having to reach down to eat with old bones. Easy to clean, but taking the bowls out of the holder is not as easy as it should be. We just clean the bowls in the holder. Not a problem.
